Sous Chef A 3* superb hotel is looking for a Sous chef to join their kitchen brigade. This property which is set on the edge of a village in the heart of The North Yorkshire Moors consists of 10 bedrooms and an award winning restaurant. The restaurant prides itself for its attention to detail and passion for local and 100% organic, seasonal produce.

Your Role
Assisting with the running of the kitchen Taking charge in head chefs absents Maintaining the high level set Helping with the training and development of junior members

Experience/Qualifications You must have previous experience in a similar setting and role.
