Hi, we have found a house in West Didsbury just off Burton Road/Cavendish road thats only 1 minute away from the Met, the Railway and Tesco Metro. We are looking for someone to take the fourth room in the house and start a houseshare. We have already secured the property and paid a securing fee so are just looking for the final person. It is a double room with built in storage, desk, chair and bedside cabinet (shown in the picture). The rent is £300/month excluding bills and a £200 deposit.
A bit about us, there is Lorna (26) who is a geography teacher, Chrissie (25) who is a physiotherapist and Lisa (me! 23) who is an assistant psychologist. We are looking to create a houseshare with others who we can be friendly/sociable with. It is a newly formed houseshare so you shouldn't feel that you are living in someone elses home!
