We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic Junior Sister to help lead an established team of experienced nurses for a small hospital in the Manchester area.

The successful candidate will need to possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate staff and be able to implement change within the clinical setting.

He/she will need to have at least 2 years experience within a similar role, have ENB998/Mentorship experience and although not essential D32/33 would be desirable.

The hospital consists of 17 beds, 2 theatres and specializes in Cosmetic surgery, NHS Referrals for elective surgery and IVF.

Salary on offer is negotiable and inline with NHS bandings.
