I have a one/two bed flat, which i would like to share. There is one room big enough for single person. The room is not furnished as it was used as siting room. The area where the flat is, very good and very near to north manchester general hospital, just two mins walk to the hospital.
The rent am looking for is £30pw and will be sharing the cost of energy as we use, water and council tax.

The room will be available as early as mid august say 15th of august.
