Romiley Karate Club are members of the Shukokai Karate Union. The club was established at the start of 2003 and since then, over 20 of our students have achieved the coveted Black Belt in the sport and countless members have enjoyed success on the local and national competitive circuit.

Most recently, in the March of 2008, the club moved to a permanent premises in Stockport. Our new Dojo, whilst still in its early stages of development, will enable us to train with better resources and therefore compete at an even higher level.

Also, for those who want to learn effective self-defence without the need to committing to regular training and grading for belts, we offer are one-to-one crash courses in street self-defence.
