Corporate Account Manager - £20k basic + Bonus and Benefits. Normal office hours Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm

Leading Telecoms company based in Bury are currently looking for an office based Corporate Acc Mgr to handle between 50 -100 acc's. Your primary role is to manage our Business Accounts with more than 6 handsets and /or several of our clients products and services. You will adapt a multi faceted customer service approach which will provide a dedicated point of contact for your individual customers encompassing sales and customer care with the ultimate goal of increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
Working as part of a virtual account management team you will be responsible for building lasting relationships with your own customer base. Through cross functional working you will meet and exceed customer expectations to engender Customer Loyalty towards our client
