North Manchester & City centre.
ITEC trained massage therapist. I would like to try out some advanced & deep tissue techniques. I will give you 30 minutes massage in return for you then giving me 30 minutes to practice various sports & deep tissue massage skills on you.
I can only travel to you at the moment, so you will need to be able to provide enough space for my massage couch. I can provide the massage oil (Biotone clear results massage oil Jojoba & Aloe vera, you will need to provide a sheet to cover the massage couch, towels (two hand & two bath towels). You may also like to provide a pillow or cushion to put under your ankles / knees as you lay on the massage couch.
People with an active interest in a sport / a regular training schedule male or female.
My initial focus will be a basic massage session of the back & shoulders, followed by focusing on legs. Could have a look at the range of movement on your legs then some massage and little stretching, ending with a quick look at your range of movement again.
As far as dress code its what ever you are most comfortable in, underwear or shorts. The towels will be used to keep you warm & dress for access as well as keep the oil off your shorts/underwear. Activities involving lots of leg muscle usage will take preference.
Would be keen to hear from some of the following groups:-
Football
Hockey
Running
Horse riding
Squash
cycling
netball
Basketball

Therapeutic body massage is the systematic & scientific manipulation of the soft tissue, muscles, tendons & ligaments.
Modern day massage techniques have developed into a very sophisticated & specialised tool. As a result of this massage has become highly recognised by both the general public & the medical profession as a multi system therapy that encompasses the whole body.
Massage has a direct benefit on many of the bodies systems (muscular, circulatory, skeletal, lymphatic, nervous, excretory, respiratory & digestive.
Scientific evidence both supports & explains the beneficial effects of massage.
Many thanks
