Hollin Hall is The first hotel within the newly created "Clayton Hotel Collection" with other properties aquired and ready for conversion in to 5* luxuary Hotels.
We have now commenced our £2 Million refurbishment programme which will see Hollin Hall as the premier 4* deluxe Country House hotel in Cheshire.
Hollin Hall Consists of 58 Bedrooms and suits, 3 Private Dining rooms for up to 160 Guests and the Orangery Restaurant seating up tp 70 for Dinner.
We now require a Full time Receptionist to complete our reception team working 5 days out of 7.

We are Having a brand new front office system installed in December and all staff will recieve 2 weeks training from our new provider.

We expect:
The candidate should be immaculately presented and have an excellent, energetic telephone manner at all times.
Also-

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous hotel reception/reception experience in a 4 star environment desired
• Passion for the hospitality industry .
• Able to work without supervision
• Ability to work flexible hours as the role requires working a mixture of shifts during the week and weekends.
07.00-15.30 or 14.30 - 23.00
