Customer Service – Manchester - £14 - £15 OTE 18,500

Do you want to work for an Expanding accident management company in Manchester. They are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor with credit control experience to join their established company

As part of the credit controller role you will undertake the following tasks:

Collecting payments from 3rd party Insurers
Promoting direct debits as a form of payment
Completing call backs
Sending out letters of reminders
To recover clients' uninsured losses (including replacement hire and engineers fees)
Manage a portfolio of cases
Maintain diary on a daily basis
Expedite early settlement of all claims
Liaise with clients, third party insurers and solicitors ensuring that all parties are informed of any developments
Deal with any liability and quantum issues as they arise
Deal with any incoming correspondence/ calls promptly
Priorities workload.

The location is in Manchester close to the Manchester city stadium. The ideal Customer Service Advisor applicant will have:
Previous telephone work experience
The ability to work to targets
A professional and confident telephone manner
The ability to manage complaints
The ability to work as part of a team
Personality is key and full training will be provided
