We are a creative moving image/ video production company called Daylight based in the heart of the Northern Quarter on Tib Street in Manchester. Our friends who shared our office have moved out due to expansion, so our top floor studio space now has some free desk spaces for rent.

We are particulary looking for freelancers working in the creative industries in areas such as filmaking, graphic design, 3D animation, post production, and interactive/ web design as these are all areas where we can also be an employer as well as a landlord. The more diverse the tenants skills the better, as we intend to have a real melting pot of different creatives working together in the space which will aid our already cross disciplined approach.

The rent is £58 per week - per desk. The space (on the top floor above Bar Centro) has access to the use of a communal kitchen area and boardroom (as well as toilet and shower all based on the floor) and also amongst other things includes broadband internet, business rates, electricity, cleaning, and water & heating charges.
