The ideal candidate must have the ability to maintain very high food standards with excellent customer service skills and have a keen eye for detail.

This position might be your first as a General Manager if you have good experience under your belt as a Deputy and would now love the chance to show the world what you are capable of. In return we offer a competitive salary and a performance related bonus.
