Receptionist
Location: Manchester
Salary: 14,000 GBP / Year
The role is a varied one, managing the reception area, greet site visitors, answer all external telephone calls and run the switchboard. You would also act as the first point of contact for the business, providing a personable and welcoming face. There will also be general site administration, including coordinating travel, room bookings and aiding the efficient running of the site.
We are looking for someone with the following background and skills set:
* Business and Reception administration experience.
* Purchase Ledger experience.
* Telephone experience / manner.
* PC literate - Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
* High level of initiative and problem solving.
* Flexible approach with ability to juggle and priorities a number of tasks.
* Ordering
* Letter writing.
* Customer services.
