I am a qualified Sports Therapist/ Sport Scientist/ Kinesio taper/ Fitness coach/ and football coach. SO I have all the skills required to help a team succeed.

I have worked with many athletes from amateur to professional in a variety of Sports such as athletics, football, futsal, rugby, swimming, dancing plus many others.

I aim to get players back from injury and fit again through a range of treatments and skills I have. I also use a taping method called Kinesio Taping which has even been banned from various sports due to it actually improving performance on top of resolving injuries and mechanically imbalances.

I also have my own clinic so I can either work with the players in the club or at my city centre clinic (www.citytherapy.org) in the Northern Quarter, Manchester.
