Large Double-Room for share in a 2 Bed House (£230 pcm)
i have a large double room to let in a 2 bedroom house ,with a living room a large kitchen and a backyard to be shared with one other individual.clean,fully furnished and recently refurbished (plenty of road parking spots),the house would ideally suite a quiet student or a professional.
the house is located in rusholme area right off the 111 bus route,with near by grocery stores,parks, takeaways and ATM, and short walk to the university,Witworth Park and ASDA.
bills are relatively cheap ,currently we spend around £35-45 tops on gas and electric.i am also willing to swap with the smaller room for £10 less if you wish to have the single room instead.the room is available any time this week and a short term contract MIGHT also be considered.
