We are looking for someone to fill the shoes of our recently departed Drummer.
Our ideal drummer would be someone who understands the complex and subtle interplay necessary between the melodic and rhythmic instruments to create interesting music.

With this in mind we are obviously looking for someone who has a real talent and enthusiasm for the instrument, an understanding of music theory would be a distinct advantage and a desire to contribute to the songwriting of the band would be welcome too.

The band has been together now for about a year and have very recently been in the studio recording a demo. We have an entire sets worth of material waiting to take out live when we complete the line of the band (obviously after plenty of rehearsals with the new member). Ideally you'd live somewhere near us in South Manchester. We've tried playing with people further a field but have found that it doesn't really work for us and usually leads to complications. We also feel that the further away from us that you live, the harder it is to be friends which is very important in order for the band to work.

I'd describe the band as Melodic rock with grunge, metal and folk influences. To give you a better idea of what that actually means, go to our myspace page where there is a recently recorded demo.
