I have a 3 bed house to offer with GCH & New fire, recently modernised, new bathroom with shower and new kitchen, front and back garden are on the small side and the back garden needs some tlc but other than that the house is in good decorative order and I'm in a sought after area right opposite a primary school and close to shops and all amenities and motorway network. No scruffy estates please but may consider house that needs TLC as long as its in the right area...would love a large garden any condition
