To be responsible for a team of three estimators carrying out accurate and profitable estimates in line with work provider guidelines, using either Audatex or Glassmatix estimating systems ensuring that a consistent and effective service is delivered to both internal and external customers. You will work towards achieving individual objectives whilst maintaining a positive attitude through good communication in order to deliver service.

To support and assist the management team in achieving the highest possible standard in the overall performance and operation of the site in all aspects of day to day site management in line with business objectives.

Applicants must have detailed experience in a crash repair estimating role and have preferably held a senior role within an estimating department.

Candidates with Senior ATA VDA credentials stand a far greater chance of success regarding this role.
