Brand Properties is an Estate Agency based in East Didsbury. We have one aim: to help our customers buy, rent or sell a property in a stress-free way. So our team is not only competent and professional, but also friendly, honest and easy to deal with.

Due to expansion we are now looking for a Trainee Property Negotiator/Inspector to join our small, but growing business. You will be responsible for carrying out viewings and inspections of our properties, updating the system, advertising the properties and making sure that all relevant documents are filled in. This will involve some administrative duties and dealing with the general public and landlords face to face and via the telephone. We expect that half of your time will be spent in the office, and the other half inspecting/showing properties. Therefore we expect you to have excellent customer service skills, good administrative skills as well as valid driving license. Estate agent experience is useful, however not essential, since full training will be provided. Interest in properties or/and property market is very important. You will be proactive, willing to learn and able to work to targets.

The starting salary is £12 – 14k pa depending on experience. This will be reviewed after 6 months.
