The Role
Following the successful tender of a large Government contract, our clients are seeking an experienced Multi-skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join their maintenance division. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance of Chillers and Splitters working on various building types including Commercial Offices, throughout the region.
You will also be involved in all aspects of mechanical and electrical servicing, including maintenance and breakdown repairs of equipment from heating systems, fire alarms, air conditioning, emergency lighting and general electrical and plumbing work.



The Person
The ideal candidate should come from a building services background, having worked within an M&E Facilities Maintenance environment. As a Air Conditioning Engineer you must also hold current, valid qualifications, including Safe Handling of Refrigerants and have a good working knowledge of mechanical and electrical servicing and maintenance.

You should be able to work on your own initiative, hold a full clean UK driving license and have excellent interpersonal skills.
