We are a couple who want to rent a flat/house for shortterm/during summer. We prefer a flexible agreement with - let's say - 1 month notice period or similar. We don't know yet how long we want to stay in this area, but in our current flat we would need to sign up for another 6 months. That is not flexible ebough for us.
We would also share a house/flat with other tenants. We consider ourselfs as very clean and open-minded - good tenants all in all, but with the wish for a little bit of flexibility :o)
