Rate: £ 26 K - Per annum

We are a privately owned nursing home who require an experience RGN to join our staff. With over 30 staff already the successful candidate will be responsible for assessing all aspects of the residents care and needs as well as providing direct nursing care if required. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering prescribed drugs and maintaining all documents and accurate records.

Good communication skills is essential as the successful candidate will participate in staff and client meetings and will also establish a good relationship with the residents family. As an experienced member of the team you will be required supervise the junior members of the team and attend training courses both on and off site. You will report directly to the home manager.

Required qualifications

· Registered nurse

· Excellent communication skills

· Interest in working with the elderly

· Satisfactory police check

· Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not essential

The position available is for night.
