I am placing an ad. for the large part furnished double bed room i have for rent. its part of a 3 bed house. where 2 others are living. the house its self is in a fantastic place. its on Kingsway has 2 buses in to manchester, and 2 trains.

and is only 5 mins from any good night out.
The rent covers all bills. so no need to pay anything more.
The people living in the house are myself ( Aaron ) and another guy ( Keith ).
We are both working professionals and enjoy are own time.

I am looking for someone who wants to be part of a home. not just rent a room. as we like to keep the place as nice as possible. ( Even tho we are trying to sort painting out now. )

The room is ready to be rented from 30th of June.
Has a Double bed, plenty of storage and a side table.
