What is the Hotel Like?
The Hilton Manchester Deansgate is fabulously located on the heart of the City. It is housed in the tallest building outside of London and as such has become one of Manchester's most talked about hotels. It has 279 bedrooms, 14 meeting rooms including a banqueting suite for up to 600 guests. There are dining facilities in Podium Bar and Restaurant and award winning destination cocktail bar, Cloud 23 which is situated on the 23rd floor. There are also leisure facilities for hotel guests in our LivingWell Health club and swimming pool.

What will I be doing?
The Commis de Cuisine is an integral part of the delivery of great food to all our guests across our food outlets.

Key Responsibilities include:

Ensuring consistently great food production, in line with the high quality standards expected by Hilton Hotels
Ensuring provision of food work in a timely manner
Avoiding wastage in all their food work
Providing support to the kitchen brigade
Meeting all health and hygiene requirements

What are we looking for?
Someone with:

Experience as a Commis de Cuisine or Chef Apprentice
An ability to work within a team
A passion to learn and a drive to succeed in their career
