Hotel based in Fallowfield looking for an experienced Hotel Manager. You will be responsible for the overall running of the hotel which includes reception duties, sales reporting, cash handling, monitoring staff, holidays and absence management. A knowledge of health and safety, fire safety and first aid is desirable. You will report directly to the Directors. Hours of work will be 7am - 3pm or 3pm to 11pm (shift work pattern).
