Salary –£14,000 to £16,000 OTE £22,000 discretionary annual bonus, 20 Days holiday rising to 28 and an excellent company pension

Skills required - Good negotiation and communication skills, possess the ability to research and resolve, be target driven and motivated, some customer service and/or credit control experience would be an advantage.

This rapidly growing Telecommunications Company based in Northenden, Manchester are looking for career minded candidates who excellent customer service skills due to huge growth within the last 12 months and an increase in customer base a need has arose for Credit Controllers to deal with the increase in queries.

About the role - Successful candidates will liaise with previous customers regarding their accounts and ensure the collection of all outstanding monies via direct debt, credit cards, cash payments and BACS. The role will also involve investigating accounts were disputes have been raised and resolving these issues to secure payment. You will also be required to prepare accounts prior to initiating court proceedings.

About the company – The Company is a specialist provider of business to business communication products and services through commissioning of seminars, workshops, conferences and accredited training.
