RK Accountancy is currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join our busy sales team based in prestigious Manchester City Centre offices. RK Accountancy, part of the Kellan Group, offers a refreshingly different approach to the recruitment of accountancy staff. Working in this well-motivated and friendly team, you will perform all administration duties, supporting both consultants and the management team gradually taking on more responsibilities as your role develops.
Duties include:
Formatting and dealing with all incoming CVs through the system
Welcoming all visitors into the offices
Answering all incoming calls
Producing daily and weekly audits
Supporting consultants in resourcing for vacancies
Searching for new business opportunities
Ideally you will be:
A great communicator with a confident and professional telephone manner
An accurate and fast typist, able to produce good quality correspondence
A people person who enjoys meeting and greeting guests
Confident with excel, word and Power Point
Able to cope under pressure of deadlines
Organised and professional and able to deal with varied tasks
Keen to develop into a more sales focussed role
