Actors wanted. Reaction Theatre, a recently formed drama group for people in the Greater Manchester area, is looking for actors, particularly for male roles, and a make-up artist. If you enjoy drama, have a love of theatre and are enthusiastic about creating improvised and alternative drama – then you are what we are looking for. Energy and commitment are more important to us than acting talent – although this helps! We are currently working on a 30 minute original production which explores the impact of Impressionism and its influence on Lowry. We have a performance agreed in the Valette Gallery in the Manchester Art Gallery on Saturday 5th December. If you are interested in acting and can commit to rehearsals on Sundays from 2-5 in Eccles, Manchester, and to the performance date in December or would like to use theatrical make-up skills, please e-mail your contact number and we will get back to you.
