Experienced Credit Controllers are required to join a dynamic and Customer focussed organisation based in Didsbury, South Manchester, close to public transport links, shops, restaurants and cafes.

As a Credit Controller, you will be joining a highly successful team and will be responsible for
*Liaise with specific customers regarding the management of their accounts.
*Ensure the collection of all outstanding monies from airtime subscribers via automated direct debit, credit cards, cash payments and BACS.
*Amend customer payment methods and promote payment arrangements by Direct Debits and continuous credit card payments.
*Monitor assigned accounts to ensure that payments are processed by the system

To be considered for this role, applicants should ideally have experience working as Credit Controllers, and can demonstraite a longevity within this role. Applicants who have gained experience within Collections or Debt Recovery within the financial sector are also welcome to apply. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills, the ability and enjoyment of working within a busy office environment and can work to targets.
