Dutch and German, Spanish and French contact centre language speakers required for leading multi-channel distance shopping client in Oldham. £7.04-10.41an hour, depending on the number of languages spoken,on temp to perm contracts. The client requires people who are flexible to work 37.5 hours a week between Monday and Saturday
The role involves working for some of the largest retailers in the UK. Clients contact the company via telephone, post or via the internet. The role requires agents to deal with inbound and outbound calls, dealing with enquiries and internet users.
It also involves working under pressure, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills and being able to work effectively with minimal supervision. Applicants must be fluent in Dutch plus one of German, Spanish, French and English
