C.I.E.H. Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
The Manchester College is pleased to offer the above course.
This qualification replaces the Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene. It is designed for anyone working in the catering, manufacturing or retail setting where food is prepared, cooked or handled.
The course is scheduled to run on Wednesday 25th November 2009.
It is a one day programme from 9.00am - 5.30pm and ends with a 30 question multiple choice examination.
The cost of the programme is £67.00 and includes registration, tuition, materials, examination and certification. Payment must be made 5 working days prior to the start of the course. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any remission of fees for this course.
The C.I.E.H require photographic proof of identification of delegates so please ensure you have this with you upon arrival.
Please note if there are less than 12 delegates the course will not run.
