I'm a 21 year old student at Manchester Met going into final year looking for a flatshare with another person. Ideally a 3rd year in same situation, a graduate or professional looking for a flatmate.

Having to look for a flat or a houseshare for next year (preferably starting sept but flexible) as im travelling around europe and on a placement right up until 7th sept, so if theres a student whos also looking to move then, that would be ideal.

Location; the Northern Quarter/Castlefield/Deansgate/Hulme but the closer to uni the better.

I am a clean, tidy, upbeat flatmate from Liverpool who is pretty sociable and is always up for a laugh when i have the time.

Don't mind sharing with Gay or Straight housemates male or female, just preferably someone the same age.

Rentwise I don't mind paying £350 MAX but the cheaper the better, if someones managed to get a deal already then brilliant.
