Silk Screens is a Chinese cultural festival, part of the BBC campaign for China Now, featuring short films, food and performances and we need your help to make it a success!

There is an opportunity for everybody! Includes: performing under a professional choreographer, promoting the event, handing out programmes, being a runner, stage management to holding flags!

The event is taking place at Exchange Square, Manchester City Centre on Saturday, 19th July.

Not only will you be part of a unique cultural experience, gaining useful experience and enjoying a lovely day out, you will receive an Agents4Change certificate for your effort!

Age for volunteering: 14 +

Note for performers:

You don't need to be experienced to volunteer to be a performer - good mobility and enthusiasm is enough!

There will be 2 rehearsals scheduled in the evenings for an hour and half in the week leading up to the day which you will need to attend.
