We are a professional couple (medical and emergency planning) require a four bedroom home within easy reach of the city centre, with front and rear gardens, in quiet and pleasent residential area.

While the specific location is unimportant, it must either close to the city centre, or served by tram/bus links.
Ideally the property should be fully furnished and presented to a high standard, and must be able to accomodate two small, trained dogs.

Required on a 6 month renewable basis, ideally from September onwards.
