Customer Service Liaison Officer
Our client is a large UK leading company looking to expand their customer service team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience speaking to customers and discussing their financial requirements.
You will need to have excellent communication skills and must be competent in the use Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). The role involves working to targets.
The main duties include assessing potential IVA cases referred by the specialists. As part of the role you will be verifying existing information, drafting proposals, appendices and nominees reports for review by the company Review Team. This will require the use of telephone, letter writing and/or email.

Hours: 37.5 hour week.
