After watching the MOBO's last night I have come to the conclusion that the UK is seriously lacking female urban representation. Mis-teeq, Miss Dynamite, Keisha White, Jamelia are all acts that have not either been in the limelight for quite a while or have broken up.

I looking to form a new type of Urban Girl Group reminiscent of a TLC sort of put together but with a preppier edge instead. The genre that this girl group will mainly fit into would be R'n'B Hip Hop/ Soul but to be honest everything is basically pop music one way or the other. The main goal is to be commercial without compromise your style.

I'm looking for females between the ages of 18-24, with the following abilities:

-Vocalise
-Harmonise
-Songwriting capabilities ( basic at least)
- Dance training
- Unique fashion sense
- Good ear for music and evolving trends
