Luxury hotel company is looking for 2 experienced Reservations Executives to join their team in their busy Manchester based head office. You will be responsible for booking reservations for our guests that come in via telephone and email.

You will also be heavily involved in rate and yield management and will be the first point of contact for prospective guests. You will be required to support our regional front of house teams and third party booking agents.

Answering to the Reservations Manager, your duties will also include revenue maintenance and reservations systems data management, as well as corporate hotel analysis and reporting. You will also working closely with guests on issues related to billing and reporting. You will be able to strategically assess the current marketplace and have a good knowledge of the events in the areas surrounding our hotel sites. You will also spend some time on inventory balancing, system synchronization and profile management in the PMS.

Essential:


• We are looking for someone with proven experience in a similar position in the hotel market
• Experience of OPERA, Mifidelio or a similar PMS system
• Rate/Yield Management experience
• Experience of preparation and distribution of weekly and monthly reports for the management team meetings
• Revenue maintenance and reservations systems data management experience, as well as knowledge of corporate and hotel level data analysis and reporting
• Weekend work will be required and your shift will be either, Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm or Sunday-Thursday 9am-6pm
