Hi, double room available in Rusholme, sharing the living room and kitchen with 4 really nice student flatmates - Paris, Rachael, Jen and Luke. It costs £65 a week.
The room has plenty of storage! A wardrobe and 2 sets of drawers, a blind at the window and laminite flooring.
The flat is the top two floors of a 3 storey house, with a quite large kitchen and average living room, all in modern furnishings.
We chip in for Sky+ TV and wireless internet, so you would be sorted already ;)
The flat is about 10 or 15 minutes from town on the bus, closer than fallowfield, and about £8 in a taxi on a night out.
The room is available straight away, but rent only needs to be paid on the 26th!
One months rent required as deposit.
Will be a shame to move out :(
