The flat is in Mackintosh Village, a gated development near Oxford Road. Oxford Road Station, the BBC, University, Palace Theatre and the Opera House are Just around the corner. You can walk to most other central locations including Deansgate, the Business district, Piccadilly Station and the Arndale Centre in a few minutes.
The flat is well located for public transport too - with regular trains from Oxford Road, buses, and the free metro service that takes you around the city centre.


The living space is light, airy and open plan, with a wood floor, and a balcony. There living room and dining room furniture is modern and tasteful and there is plenty of space for you to relax or do your work. The modern built-in kitchen has integrated appliances including a stainless steel oven and extractor, a ceramic hob and a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and an ironing board and iron are also supplied.

The master bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and an en-suite shower room, and there is a second spacious double bedroom with a cupboard and chest of drawers. Bathrooms are modern, with mosaic tiles and cherry panelling and their is a shower in the main bathroom. Linen can be provided, and there is the possibility of an extra single bed.

If you require parking, it can be booked separately at an NCP car park, or in the Student village.


Rent is from £295 per week + council tax +bills. (minimum term 1 week). There is also a one-of cleaning charge to cover light cleaning and linen if required.
Short stays of less than 2 weeks are charged at £390 per week inclusive though it may be possible to give a special rate for the week from now until 30th May.
