Hi we have a 3 bedroomed semi detached house in a very sort after area of worsley greater manchester (local council)very very quite street with great neighbours close to all the schools/collages/shopping centre/train station and all the bus services,it is mainley elderley residents in the street,and the type of place where everyone lets on to everyone else,our house is a nice house with a great sized rear garden and a front garden which is all tarmaced (parking for 3 cars and 2 small cars around the back)also a garage (which we use for storage)as i say it is a very nice sought after street with a 10 year waiting list to get a house in the street and very quite i can send pictures if you wish to see any,

what we are after is an exchange if possible (with the councils)
we are after blackpool (south shore area preferred as 1st choice)
may consider lytham,or bispham/fleetwood or cleverleys must be in a decent quite area with good neighbours (please no rough estates)
as we are leaving a very very good area and street so dont want to move to a large estate (if you know what i mean)and NO flats/town houses or masionettes must be similar to what we are leaving,we know this maybe asking alot but you are getting alot in return your getting one of the best if not the best street in a very sought after area.
so if you have something we may be interested in then please get in touch so we can try and sought something out and approach the councils to see if they will agree which i know they will if there is know problems at either end thanks for reading all this and hopefully one of you gumtreers would like to move to a nice area near to mancheater (well 9 miles to manchester)and just 5 minutes off junction 4 the M61.
