This is a really nice place; well decorated and furnished, with a great kitchen and bathroom. It has two good sized rooms and the bathroom upstairs while downstairs is a third bedroom (which could be used as a lounge) and the main lounge, kitchen and hallway. The heating system is excellent. There is a small but tidy yard with access from the rear alley which is gated. Security measures are good.

It is close enough to the universities to walk, cycle or bus and therefore easy to get into the city centre but at the same time very close to Platt Fields with a lovely open feeling. Don’t forget the Curry Mile nearby! So it is easy to get to all the centres for leisure, culture, shopping etc. Public transport links and road routes to further afield are also easy to get to.

By the way, the landlord is really friendly and helpful
