Business Analyst: Salford Quays - £17,500 - £26,000

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an established organization that offer all-round customer support to continue to help you get the best from using our system. This includes responsive help from our Response Centre staff who understand your business, together with a range of additional services available, from tour operator computer reservation systems installation to remote systems management.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to assist with the delivery of a large multi-phase IT system development and implementation. This is a unique opportunity for a hard working individual to play a key role in the success of the company.
•At least 2 years experience in requirements management and analysis within a travel, retail or sales business software development environment;
•Strong experience of managing customer communications and issues;
•Experienced in structured methodologies advantageous, but a proven track record of project delivery essential. Familiarity with business process and system function modelling techniques highly desirable;
•Experienced in software quality concepts.
