This is a fantastic opportunity for a Catering Manager or General Manager to make their mark on this new opportunity within a leading Contract Catering Company. This is a new site for the company and they require an enthusiastic and focused Manager to run this large site.

Job Description

As Catering / General Manager you are responsible for the following:

- To produce all food standards to the desired standard
- Have full financial accountability
- To manage and motivate a large team
- To cater for over 5000 people, over three sites and a busy hospitality trade

Required Experience

The successful candidate will have experience in managing a large food operation either in a blue chip environment, or within a school or college. You will be organised and have a positive attitude, with the ability to develop a strong relationship with the client.

Salary and Benefits

The basic salary is £35,000 and bonus is available. The site is open Monday to Friday and will require some evening work
