I am a very experienced manager, having run busy city centre bars, high volume nightclubs and food led pubs.

To whom it may concern,

I have most recently been Deputy General Manager of a 200 seat restaurant with busy bar area along with a 20 bedroom Premier Inn. In the past I have managed Luminar Leisure sites in Manchester and Burton Upon Trent.

Last financial year my business took in excess of £1.8M and are set to smash the £2.5M mark this year.

I am a naturally outgoing person who gets on with anyone almost instantly. I feel that sales is my forte and this is shown in the success of my business.

As a manager I am very structured in my work, I work well to targets and always strive to better myself and my team.

I see my Pub and hotel as my business, and take great pride in running it well and being in control of everything from finances to marketing to customer service.
