Time after time, independent scientific studies into the different ways to quit smoking show that Hypnotherapy is by far the most effective method. Many of these schemes have a set period of time for the top up sessions though, ranging from a week to a year. I, however, am so confident in my smoking cessation results that the guarantee of further sessions has no time limit and covers any new habits such as overeating, nail biting etc. This is because, when you quit smoking with hypnotherapy, you should not pick up any other habits.
