Recruitment Account Manager for IT Recruitment Organisation
Based : Warrington
Salary : £20 -£25k, Bonus, Company Benefits

We are working with a growing recruitment organisation with over 7 years of success already. With 2008 already a record year for them they are looking for a key member of the recruitment force.
As the client focus has increased they have secured a few large and lucrative accounts that require close development and management. Looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and help grow the existing business within these accounts.

The role will be to manage the relationships, adhere to agreed SLA's and expand the business through the existing accounts.
This is not a recruitment consultant role, this is also not a sales role!
You will be looking to develop business through the existing relationship!

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of account management and recruitment for clients. You will also have a proven track record for success in a recruitment or account management type role.
Although you will be responsible for the client relationship you will have the benefit of a talented resource consultant team to assist in the fulfilment of the client requirements.
You will need to be a sharp time manager and task manger as this will be critical to the client and the success of your relationship moving forward.
