The role of Employment Support Advisor is to work with people on our programmes to identify, assist and successfully match them to employment, training and education opportunities, with the aim of helping them secure sustainable employment opportunities.

Working as part of a team of Employment Support Advisors you will need to use empathy and diagnostic questioning to establish and identify individual’s needs and barriers to return to work. In addition you will organise and deliver support to achieve their job goals.

Skills required include good organisational skills, self motivated, target driven, communicate at all levels, be commercially aware and a good negotiator. The role is based in Manchester. Experience of IAG and full UK driving licence will be beneficial but not essential.
