I have a double room available in my city centre flat. Rent is GBP325 a month plus council tax and any electricity used. The room is a fair size, pretty spacious, and fully furnished. The flat is a 2 bed flat with shared bathroom/ shower, a spacious sitting room with dining area and large balcony. Its located in a complex called The Grand, just off Picadilly Gardens, so the location is great for shops, going out, transport links etc. Picadilly station is just 3 minutes walk from the flat, all the bus stops are just around the corner and its a 2 minute walk to the shops.

A bit about me... Im 25, from Manchester, work for an airline just outside of the city centre. I love to travel, learn new languages, like going out with friends, going shopping, I enjoy martial arts and like to watch the football etc etc.
