TEAM LEADER - Casualty / Crime and Regulatory Team

We have a new vacancy for a Team leader to lead, mentor and develop this team to their maximum potential.

Our Team Leaders are responsible to ensuring all work carried out is processed to an optimum level of profitability and to a high level of quality, ensuring that our quality framework is fully implemented and complied with. They are also responsible for ensuring that every member of the team has and achieves appropriate KPIs with reference to client guidelines and to ensure they have every opportunity to maximise
their potential. Proactively managing performance issues and dealing with any client issues within the team are also part of this role.

Suitable applicants will have experience of managing a comparable team, with reference to the above elements, and a good understanding of our business and shared behaviours.
