I rent a 2 bedroom flat in Castlefield and am looking for a roommate to take the second double bedroom. I'm thinking of moving in the New Year so that's why I'm just looking for someone until the end of the year.

I'm preferably looking for a female flatmate, over 25 and a non-smoker (although I don't mind people smoking on the balcony) And must be reasonably tidy and not someone who's going to have parties midweek. International people/students welcome.

The £380/month includes all billls- water, electricity, council tax, TV licence except for internet. You can use the Mobile Broadband dongle that I have for this but you will need to pay an extra £10/15 for the top-up. There's unfortunately no phoneline in the flat.

Please let me know if you're interested. As for myself, I'm 33, I enjoy gig-going, playing football and learning Spanish.
