Chef De Partie, Near Preston. We are currently recruiting for a Hotel in the preston area. (short term live in available if needed). The hotel has a wide range of fresh fish on the menu and good quality Beef. The facilities include a restaurant, bar, conference rooms and banqueting facilities.


The Role:
As chef de partie you will be responsible for the smooth running of a section within the kitchen. The sections will include all the main sections and you will run your own section, cook in the section using fresh ingredients. This will involve cooking for the main restaurant, lounge and banqueting


Experience:
We are looking for a chef de partie with previous experience.

Salary: £15000
Short term live in available if required
